Field Notes: Grounds For Sculpture

Realizing my dreams of stepping into 19th century impressionist painting! Grounds for Sculpture is a surreal getaway from NYC. With work from sculptors around the world, we never knew what to expect as we strolled around. Wandering through its 42 acres, we were constantly surprised and delighted.

Worth highlighting is the exhibit featuring Roberto Lugo - The Village Potter. He is the current artist in residence, and is an inspiration through his ceramics and activism. He merges his own style through traditional methods resulting in powerful, bold pieces. A must see! The exhibit runs through January 8th, 2023 and you can learn more here, on their website.
